2. Scope of services
We provide independent pre-purchase inspection of used cars, document and history checks, and buying assistance as an independent expert. We are not the seller, dealer, lender or insurer and do not guarantee any transaction between you and a seller.
3. Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed only by our written confirmation. Prices are shown in UAH and are payable before the inspection unless agreed otherwise. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be charged in full.
4. Your responsibilities
You must give accurate vehicle, contact and access information, ensure the vehicle is available, and use the report only for lawful personal purposes.
5. Service limitations
Inspection is non-invasive: components are not dismantled and hidden, intermittent or future defects cannot be excluded. Reports reflect the condition observed at the time of inspection. Price estimates are opinions, not valuations.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fee paid for the affected service and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX.
7. Complaints and disputes
Send complaints to contact@brythion.com. We respond within 10 business days. You may also apply to Держпродспоживслужба (State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection).
8. Personal data and cookies
Personal data is processed under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» від 25.04.2024 № 3993-IX as described in our Privacy Policy. Non-essential cookies are used only with your prior consent under Закон України «Про електронні комунікації» від 16.12.2020 № 1089-IX.
9. Commercial content
Marketing materials are identifiable as advertising and are prepared in line with Закон України «Про рекламу» від 03.07.1996 № 270/96-ВР.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. Disputes are heard by the competent courts of Kyiv, without prejudice to your statutory rights.
