What the inspector actually touches

Every finding below is recorded with a severity level, the evidence that produced it, and a realistic repair range in hryvnia. Nothing is graded on a hunch.

  1. Paint and panel alignment

Coating depth readings across all body panels, gap width measurement at doors, bonnet and boot lid, plus bolt-head witness marks on wings and hinges.

Repaint and realignment: UAH 9,000 to 32,000

  2. Underbody and structural rails

Lift inspection for seam sealer condition, floor pan corrosion, sill deformation and any signs of section replacement along the longitudinal rails.

Rail repair and anti-corrosion: UAH 7,500 to 26,000

  3. Engine bay and fluid condition

Cold start behaviour, oil and coolant state, belt age, leak traces at the sump and cam cover, plus a read of stored fault codes before clearing.

Seal and belt service: UAH 4,200 to 15,000

  4. Tyres, brakes and wear items

Tread depth at four points per tyre, DOT manufacture dates, disc lip measurement and pad thickness, with a note on uneven wear patterns.

Tyres and pads, if replaced: UAH 8,000 to 22,000

The paperwork we read before you agree on a price

A document session at the seller's car. We photograph every page, check the VIN against the registration certificate and record each item as Pass, Review or Fail in your dossier. The checklist below is the one we actually work through.

What lands in your folder

Every inspection ends with a dated evidence set: photographs, a walkaround video, a panel log and the paperwork scans. Take it into a negotiation, to the notary, or back to us if a finding is disputed.

Every finding is stamped Pass Review Fail

  1. 01

    Condition photo set

Forty to sixty dated frames: sills, wheel arches, underbody, tyre date codes, glass stamps and interior wear. Shot at the seller's location, not in a studio.

  2. 02

    Walkaround video

Six to ten minutes, unedited and narrated. Cold start, engine bay, underbody on a lift, and a slow pass around every panel.

  3. 03

    Panel thickness log

Twelve readings compared against factory ranges for that model, with any repair indication marked Review or Fail before you see it.

  4. 04

    Document scans

Technical passport, VIN plate and door-sticker photos matched character by character, service book pages, and the customs declaration where one exists.

  5. 05

    Repair estimate ranges

For every Fail finding, a parts and labour range in hryvnia, so the price conversation starts from numbers rather than opinion.
