Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Scope and provider

This policy covers fees, cancellation, rescheduling, refunds and no-shows for services ordered on brythion.com. Pre-contract information is given under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX and ст. 7 Закону України «Про електронну комерцію» від 03.09.2015 № 675-VIII.

2. Fees and prices

The total price, including any booking, cancellation or rescheduling fee, is displayed in the checkout currency before you confirm the order. Promotional claims are identifiable and substantiated under Закон України «Про рекламу» від 03.07.1996 № 270/96-ВР.

3. Cancellation, rescheduling and no-show

• More than 24 hours before the service: no fee, prepayments refunded.
• Within 24 hours: a fee of up to 30% of the price may apply.
• One free rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice.
• No-show or unavailability: the service is treated as delivered and prepayments are not refunded.

4. Refunds

Refunds are due where the service was not provided, was late or materially differs from its description. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 calendar days. Nothing here limits your rights under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX.

5. Free and discounted services

Trials, bonuses and discounts apply only on the conditions stated before purchase: eligibility, validity period, single use and exclusions. The discount value may be recovered if such an order is cancelled within 24 hours. Offers are not exchangeable for cash.
